📦 Refunds Policy

At On Trend Volleyball Co., every item is made to order, just for you. That means we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind—but we stand by our products and will make it right if something goes wrong.
✅ When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a free replacement if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is misprinted
- Is significantly different from what you ordered
To request a refund or replacement, please:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement
We’ll respond within 3 business days.
🚫 When We Cannot Offer Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change-of-mind
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
Please check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
🕒 Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed—after that, your item enters production and cannot be changed or refunded.
📬 Shipping Errors
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address entries or carrier delays.
However, if something doesn’t arrive, we’re happy to assist you in tracking it or reissuing when eligible.
